Validity & Usage Rules
- Bundle validity: Exactly 7 calendar days from subscription (expires at 23:59 on the 7th day).

- Data works on 2G/3G/4G networks — actual speeds depend on device, SIM, network congestion, and location.

Overage & Charging
If incentives are exhausted during validity, overage charge Rs. 2.25 / MB (incl. tax) applies. If you are not subscribed to any bundle, base rate will be charged (Rs. 5 / MB) with charging pulse of 512 KB. Call setup charges are not applicable for this bundle.

The handset insurance included in Weekly X Plus provides protection for certain accidental damages and theft (terms below):
Covered Incidents
- Phone damage (panel damage, speaker/mic damage)
- Screen breakage
- Theft / Burglary (subject to claim verification)
Coverage Details
- Insurance coverage amount: Up to Rs. 50,000
- Coverage duration: 1 month from date of bundle subscription (renewed with every new subscription).
- Only the latest IMEI tagged with the Jazz SIM at time of bundle subscription is claimable.
- Only one IMEI per bundle subscription per person may be claimed at a time.
- Claim must be submitted within 15 days of incident; a 7-day waiting period applies.
Exclusions
- Pre-damaged screens or previously damaged phones
- Phones already lost or stolen before subscription
- Phones intentionally damaged
How to Claim
- Call Handset Insurance Helpline: 042-111-119-878.
- Helpline agent will guide you on required documents and share a WhatsApp number for submission.
- On successful verification, you will receive an SMS confirming claim registration.
- Claim amount will be transferred to your JazzCash account upon approval.
- In case of rejection, an SMS or call will explain the reason.
