Job Description:
- Actively manage the increasing NTB run rate by introducing potential customers through On-shelve Liability products and services.
- Efficient management of Sales activities through daily/weekly reports available from the system.
- Daily evaluate movement and reasons of significant outflows under the dedicated portfolio.
- Through need analysis, derive opportunities for cross-selling by exploring within the portfolio and approach NTB relationships.
- Convert footfall in branches (e.g. COC transaction customers) and Feet on Street activities into NTB customers.
- Adhere to plans provided by the BM to achieve assigned business targets such as deposits growth, NTB accounts, Banca, consumer loans, etc.
- Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and SBP regulations.
