Islamabad High Court has scheduled the hearing for the petition against retired General Qamar Javed Bajwa and retired General Faiz Hameed for November 28.
The Registrar's Office of the Islamabad High Court has issued a cause list, according to which a citizen has filed a petition against General Retired Bajwa, General Retired Faiz Hameed, and others.
Upon the request for the inclusion of the case, the High Court has issued notices to the ISI, General Retired Bajwa, and General Retired Faiz Hameed.
Chief Justice Aamer Farooq will preside over the hearing on the request.
The petition states that the ISI should be directed to register the case and take appropriate action.
