Paid Internship Program for Fiscal Year 2025-26
Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) is offering a paid internship program for recent graduates to gain practical experience in various departments. Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000 during the internship period.

🎁 Internship Benefits & Duration
- Duration: 6 months (non-extendable)
- Total Internships: 106 positions across departments
- Monthly Stipend: Rs. 10,000
- Certificate awarded upon completion
- 20% top performers may receive a Rs. 40,000 final performance award
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a fresh graduate (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution
- Minimum 60% marks or 2.5 CGPA
- No prior job experience required
- Age limit: Maximum 30 years
- Must have CNIC and domicile of areas under HESCO jurisdiction
📍 Important Notes
- Internship is non-transferable and temporary
- No TA/DA will be given for tests/interviews
- Internship does not guarantee any future employment
