| Pakistani TikTok star Sundal Khattak ARRESTED |
TikTok star Sandal Khattak has been arrested by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Islamabad in the case of the leaked indecent videos of Hareem Shah.
The Special Judge Central Islamabad heard the leaked videos involving TikTok star Hareem Shah. During the hearing, plaintiff Hareem Shah and accused Sandal Khattak appeared in court along with their lawyers.

During the hearing, accused Sandal Khattak stated that Hareem Shah's videos had been leaked, and she had been harassing me for many years. He claimed that Hareem Shah had been blackmailing him with indecent images.
He took the stand and stated that he neither made nor leaked Hareem Shah's video, and he was being falsely accused. Subsequently, TikToker Hareem Shah presented evidence and showed the videos and pictures in the courtroom.
The prosecutor then argued that videos advocating for the freedom of Kashmir are not posted on TikTok, and the TikTokers who create videos are well known.

After considering the arguments, Special Judge Central Azam Khan rejected the bail application of the accused Sandal Khattak. Following the rejection, the FIA arrested Sandal Khattak.
After Sandal Khattak's arrest, Hareem Shah tweeted, "The one who came to arrest me in court yesterday is now arrested by the same court today."
