Islamabad (Web) Imran Khan's desire to talk to Army Chief General Asim Munir is difficult to fulfill for two reasons. Firstly, unlike his predecessor, General Asim Munir has never met a politician outside the government. Military officers are required to keep themselves away from politics and politicians due to their oath. Secondly, it's difficult for a member of the military establishment to trust Imran Khan and meet him in such situations when he knows what Imran Khan did with his eldest son, Mohsin, and former Army Chief General (R) Bajwa.Since his removal from office, Imran Khan has accused the military establishment, including General Bajwa, of all sorts of things. Imran Khan has become an unreliable person due to pressurizing the establishment and accusing them of targeting and plotting his murder. Military generals know better than anyone else what General Bajwa did to bring Imran Khan to power and then helped him run the government.Imran Khan, who was once called the best general of the country during his government, declared the same person, PTI Chief Imran Khan, a traitor, conspirator, and the biggest enemy. During the last days of General Bajwa, Imran Khan continued to pressurize him to remove the PDM government under the leadership of Shahbaz Sharif.In August last year, Imran Khan warned, "You still have time to review your policy." Imran Khan accused the establishment of meeting with corrupt people, including his political opponents who are now in the government.
