Latest News: Maryam Aurangzeb's Court Hearing

In the incendiary prelude to the dialogue, the leader of the Muslim League, Maryam Aurangzeb, has not appeared in court, leading the court to issue non-bailable arrest warrants for her.

In the anti-terrorism court in Lahore, Judge Abhar Gul conducted a hearing against Maryam Aurangzeb and others.

Maryam Aurangzeb did not appear in court today, while other co-accused, including Javaid Latif, attended and completed their presence.

The court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Maryam Aurangzeb for non-appearance, while the non-bailable arrest warrant for Javaid Latif was revoked upon his appearance.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case until December 9.

What did Javaid Latif say?

Later, speaking to the media outside the anti-terrorism court, Javaid Latif said that a statement had been concocted against Nawaz Sharif, and he was labeled as a thief and dacoit.

He said that Nawaz Sharif was declared unsuccessful for not receiving a salary from his son, and today the decisions of those characters are being endured by the public.

Javaid Latif also said that initiating a process of accountability within institutions is a positive step, and the 2024 elections will be fair and transparent.
