The Caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab, Mohsin Naqvi, and the IG Punjab, Usman Anwar, have stated that Tehreek-e-Insaf activist Ali Bilal did not die due to police violence, but rather from a road accident.

During a press conference in Lahore, Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi stated, "First, I was accused of conspiracy, and now murder."

He also alleged that Ali Bilal's father was offered one crore rupees and told to stand against the government.

IG Punjab Usman Anwar stated that the PTI's conspiracy regarding the death of Ali Bilal has been foiled and that it is fake. He also mentioned that they will present all the evidence in court.
