Government of Sindh's Information Department Issues Statement Urging Residents to Participate in Digital Household Census in Sanghar District



Sanghar 03 March 2023 (Handout) - The Information Department of the Government of Sindh in Sanghar is issuing a statement regarding the ongoing digital household census in the district. The Deputy Commissioner of Sanghar, Muhammad Ishaq Gad, has appealed to the residents of the entire district to actively participate in the census and make it successful. He also requested that any individual who has not been included in the census to register their complaints at the concerned Assistant Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners offices.
According to the statement issued today from the Deputy Commissioner's Office in Sanghar, the process of counting houses in different areas of the district has been completed during the first three days of the country's first digital household census, while in the second phase, the census of people was completed. Deputy Commissioner Gad further stated that anyone who has a complaint regarding the census or has been left out of the census can contact the concerned assistant commissioners and deputy commissioners in Sanghar's office.
The census teams will be conducting house-to-house visits from March 1st to April 1st, and the Deputy Commissioner urged the residents to support them and make the census a success.
