Good news for the officers of College Education, School Education and Health Department under the order of the Chief Minister of Sindh Selection Board for the promotions of officers approaching retirement in grades 18 to 19 and 19 to 20 of College Education, School Education and Health Department.  The ban on one and two has been lifted.  A committee headed by Secretary Services (SG) E&CD has been constituted for these developments.

In which College Education, School Education and Health Department Secretaries, Additional Secretary Services and Additional Secretary Regulation SGA and CD will be members.  This committee will deal with the cases of the officers of the said departments for promotion who were deprived of promotions despite reaching the promotion zone and retired due to non-meeting of PSB One or Two.

The committee will examine such matters and make a recommendation to the Chief Secretary within three days.  The Administrative Secretaries of College Education, School Education and Health Departments have been directed to submit before the committee the cases of such employees who are close to retirement but are in the promotion zone and have vacancies for promotion before one month.  .  It should be noted that during the last meeting of PSB 1, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah expressed surprise at the 80 promotions of the College Education Department and said that for the first time during his ministry, so many cases have come up.  On the same day, in the 20th class, the department, on which Secretary College Education Khalid Haider Shah told them that due to the absence of board meetings, so many cases accumulate while the number of retirees is different.

On this, the Chief Minister ordered that in order to give timely promotions to government employees, promotions should be organized even in their absence.  He ordered to form a committee in this regard.  The notification of which has also been issued.
