3 Consultancy Positions | SSPDS Project | Karachi
Sindh Social Protection Authority (SSPA) Jobs 2026 have been announced under the Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh (SSPDS) project. The Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU), funded by the World Bank (IDA), is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced professionals.
1. Senior Specialist – Policy & Research
📌 Vacancies: 01
🎓 Qualification
- At least 18 years of education in Social Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration, or related fields.
- PhD will be preferred.
💼 Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading end-to-end impact evaluations.
- Experience in social protection will be preferred.
- Strong empirical research record with peer-reviewed publications.
- Advanced knowledge of econometrics and causal inference.
- Proficiency in Stata, R, or Python.
2. Contract Management Specialist

🎓 Qualification
- At least 16 years of education in Public Administration, Business Administration, Commerce, Contract Law, Project Management, or a related field.
- Degrees in Procurement or Supply Chain Management will be given due weightage.
💼 Experience
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in contract management.
- Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations.
- Experience in contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
- Experience with contract management tools and systems.
3. Quality Assurance Specialist
📌 Vacancies: 01
🎓 Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Recognized QA certifications will be an advantage.
💼 Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance for large-scale software systems.
- At least 2 years of experience in software development/databases.
- Experience with Flutter, PHP/Laravel, MySQL and SQL.
- Experience testing web and mobile enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of ISO 27001 and CMMI models.
