More than 300 flights cancel kar di gayi hain kyunke Indian airline IndiGo ko “staff shortage” ka samna hai.


India ki sab se badi airline IndiGo mein Tuesday se ab tak 300 se zyada flights cancel ho chuki hain, jiske baad mulk bhar mein hazaron musafiron ko shadeed pareshaani ka samna karna para.

Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad aur Bengaluru — jo ke India ke masroof tareen airports hain — sab se zyada mutasir hue.

Airline ne disruption ki wajah technical glitches, mausam aur new crew rostering rules ko qarar diya hai.

IndiGo, jo India ke domestic air market ka 60% hissa rakhti hai, ne kaha hai ke usne Friday tak operations ko stable karne ke liye “calibrated adjustments” kiye hain.

Thursday ki subah ANI ne report kiya ke sirf Delhi mein 33, Mumbai mein 85 aur Bengaluru mein 73 IndiGo flights cancel hui hain.

Social media par musafiron ke gusse bhare videos viral ho rahe hain, jabke kai logon ne X (Twitter) par shikayatein ki.

IndiGo zyada tar complaints ka aik hi jawab de rahi hai:
“Hamare operations kai factors par depend karte hain, jin mein se kuch hamare bas se bahar bhi hote hain, jo schedule ko affect kar sakte hain.”

India ki aviation regulator ne bhi disruptions ka note liya hai aur airline se tafseeli jawab talab kiya hai.

1 November se IndiGo ko naye Flight Duty Time Limit (FDTL) rules ke baad pilot aur crew shortage ka samna hai, jisme flight hours limit ki gayi hain aur crew ko zyada rest dena لازمی qarar diya gaya hai.

Lekin Federation of Indian Pilots ka kehna hai ke cancellations ki wajah sirf yeh rules nahi ho sakte, kyunke dusri airlines bilkul mutasir nahi hui hain.

Yeh crisis IndiGo ki reputation ko shadeed nuqsan pohanch raha hai, kyunke yeh airline apni punctuality ke liye famous thi.
Lekin pichle chand mahinon se uski on-time performance lagatar gir rahi hai.

LocalCircles ke aik survey ke mutabiq, pichle aik saal mein 54% passengers ne IndiGo ki timeliness se mutaliq issues report kiye hain.
