🎓 Qualification & Experience:
- ▪️ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social or Management Sciences
- ▪️ 4 years total experience, including 2–3 years in M&E, accountability, and data management (preferably in an INGO)
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and validate program data on provided templates
• Monitor field interventions and ensure data quality
• Manage accountability mechanisms and complaints at the district level
• Conduct debrief sessions and create follow-up action plans
• Support in surveys, assessments, and baseline studies
• Maintain tracking systems and assist with donor reporting compliance
• Attend monthly review meetings and provide technical support on M&E tools
