In Hyderabad, a woman who worked at a beauty parlor was brutally killed by her alleged friend. The body of the victim, who was stabbed to death late at night in the Kohsar area, was handed over to her relatives. The deceased woman's father, Khadim Manashla, stated that his daughter used to travel by taxi to work at the beauty parlor. He further mentioned that the accused, Gheor Kalyar, lived in front of their house in Old Wahdat Colony.
The victim had given a video statement before succumbing to her injuries, in which she accused Kalyar of stabbing her. The police have arrested the alleged friend who killed the woman. DIG Pir Muhammad Shah has taken notice of the brutal murder of Iqra Salah and instructed the investigating team to submit a report.
SSP Amjad Ahmed Shaikh of Hyderabad informed about the incident and assured that the police will ensure that the perpetrator is brought to justice. The incident has sent shockwaves throughout the city and once again highlighted the issue of violence against women. Many people have taken to social media to express their anger and frustration over the incident and are demanding strict action against the culprit.
