Economic Issues of Pakistan:
The economy in the
country was already in a bad state. People were hardly able to drive their
lives due to inflation, in which the remaining deficit has been filled by new
taxes of 170 billion rupees in the name of a mini budget by the current
government. The government has done everything, but the current government has
practically no such program to solve this problem of inflation in the country.
The government is kneeling before the conditions of the
international organization and is putting an additional burden on the people,
while even the economic experts of the existing government have not planted any
plants except the learned claims. It has started to appear on the people, with
which every new day in the name of tax, a new burden is falling on the common
people.
With the latest agreement with the international organization,
taxes, duties and taxes have been increased on such names in one blow, which
will cause the cost and price of all products to increase, including petrol,
gas and electricity. GST is such a name. After the increase in price, there
will be nothing that will not increase in price. Gas is essential for
generating electricity, which will immediately increase the cost of
electricity. Increasingly, the cost of everything produced in industries will
also increase, which will have a direct impact on ordinary people. On top of
that, the value of the dollar has increased a lot against the rupee, due to
which everything imported will become more expensive.
The government will temporarily give a shock to the country's
economy, but the difficult situation that the common man has entered, may not
end in the near future.
The government should immediately increase the wages of the
general laborers, laborers and daily workers and should not announce learning
in this regard, but ensure this as much as possible. Sacrifice should be taken
in the circumstances, but since no party working in the country is really
working for the interests of the poor people, there is no possibility of it.
But they do not show any level of seriousness towards solving their real
problems.
At present, although there is a lot of anger among the common people due to inflation, no party is ready to understand the sentiments of the people, if it were not for the political parties claiming to help the people in every corner of the country. Should have at least given a response, but no such outcry has been heard from anywhere in the country, from which it can be estimated how much sympathy these parties talking about the rights of ordinary people have with the people.
Economic Issues of Pakistan:
According to the Census Department of Pakistan, inflation has
increased by 27.6 percent in January 2023 compared to the previous year. They
are far beyond their calculations, even if they accept the figures, the
situation of people who had a budget out before has become very difficult. As a
result of the current budget, this rate will increase from 30 to 33 percent,
which will make the life of poor and middle class people even more difficult.

The central bank of any country (State Bank of Pakistan in the
case of Pakistan) raises interest rates to control inflation, which slows down
the economy to some extent and lowers commodity prices. The interest rate has
been set at 17%, which has never happened in the history of Pakistan. But
inflation still cannot be controlled. Things become so expensive that they are
beyond the purchasing power of people and people either stop buying them or
people look for alternatives.
Economic Issues of Pakistan:
In order to control inflation, it can be stopped to some extent
by eliminating unemployment and adjusting wages to inflation. The question is
that those who are involved in shining the leadership of this nation, do they
have a program or a vision that can bring the country out of the current
situation and develop the country in the real sense. Can you?
